1. Redos are limited to pieces only damaged in shipping. (In order to collect an insurance claim, shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours.)

2. The nauture of the pieces will be imperfect, each piece is made with the highest level of skill and care, there will be air bubbles and slight flaws to the surface this is part of the medium.

3. Clients will pay for FedEx shipping to their delivery address and may provide their individual FedEx account number to use during checkout. If no FedEx account is provided, we will invoice shipping rates separately when your order is shipped.

4. As the nature of our work is completely custom for every order, we will charge your credit card shortly after your order is placed, and will charge any additional fees (like shipping or rush fees) when your order is shipped.
